The SoftSpec AI Internship Program is built around one idea: you grow fastest when you build things that matter. Interns work on real briefs, get code reviews from our team, and leave with a portfolio they're proud of.
How the program works
Duration: 1 to 6 months
Choose a track length that fits your studies or schedule. Longer terms unlock more advanced project briefs.
3 projects every month
Each month you complete three guided projects of increasing difficulty, with feedback and code review on every one.
Company GitHub workflow
All project code is committed to the SoftSpec AI GitHub organization using professional Git practice. Work produced during the internship is company property — exactly how it works at a real software job.
Certificate & appreciation letter
Complete the program and receive an official internship completion certificate and a letter of appreciation. Top performers are considered for future roles.

Web Development
HTML/CSS/JS through to React and Next.js — build real landing pages, dashboards and web apps.
TRACK-02
Full-Stack Development
Node.js, MongoDB and APIs — ship complete features from database to interface.
TRACK-03
AI & Automation
Work with AI APIs, chatbots and workflow automation on practical business use cases.
TRACK-04
UI & Brand Design
Interfaces, social creatives and brand assets for live company and client work.
TRACK-05
Video & Motion Graphics
Edit and animate content for product demos, social media and marketing campaigns.
TRACK-06
Digital Marketing
Email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and lead-generation systems with measurable results.
